smocked tofu & udon

my adaption of Harumi Kurihara's sauce for udon noodles
japanese style vegetarian noodle sauce

1 onion                                chopped
2cm ginger                         chopped
1 garlic                                chopped
1 piece of smocked tofu   gratted on a rasp
100ml Dashi
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Sojasauce
2 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp Awase Miso

in oil fry the onions, garlic and ginger and add later the tofu
mix together dashi, sake, soja, mirin and sugar and add the miso
add the mixture to the tofu and let simmer till it thickens in for about 15 minutes

I added some chopped tomatos to have a little color!

5:45 am rainshower

me and my cat got awake this morning by a extraordanary rainshower
put fast all the plants onder the shower
the light was for a moment like it was in Japan

my garden is getting better and better
the new plant from Paris I like a lot
Digitalis makes flowers after one year waiting
and the red one - is it a begonia? - blooms as well

I didn't take a lot of photos
was too tired by working
just had good food and some shopping
Rose Bakery-5 days in a row
Nanashi-too eat not always salade nicoise in the Bistro
for a vegetarian it's difficult with la cuisine francaise
French Trotters-between "Öko" and style
Christoph Lemaire-I adore his simplicity
I realized that I got older-I'm now everywhere the "Madame"
best choice of flowers and plants-Casanova
Rag-the best vintage shop
uniqlo-for cheap real denim made in Japan for my man
there are more clochards everywhere-made me sad
and sadly every performance half of the public left the theater-it's always hard to perform in Paris!
