tools
...
I like old tools
I thought this thing was to cut cheese (I'm so swiss!!!!!)
but it's a tool to bark a tree
will never use it I think but it's a nice object
some more on the fleamarket

Ikat blanket
...
beautiful big cotton ikat blanket
the bench without wood was nearly invisible
I wonder sometimes from where the dealers get all this stuff
there are still people with an untouched attic it seems
PS: Dear readers, by using my fotos please link to my blog!
I take most of my fotos myself, so be cool and be honest and tell the right source!

Naga tribe necklace
...
bought this beautiful necklace in an antique store in Brussels
it's from the Chang tribe and old
price was still in belgium franc!
I'm more and more fascinated by ethnic jewellery
there is a kind of mystic about it and maybe fear as well by wearing it
you never know which power is in it
more fotos on the naga here

Brockenhaus treasures
...
My first thing I do staying in Zurich is going to the Brockenhaus.
My favorite place is a messy one.
It's really digging for treasures and you need a good eye.
I don't buy anymore everything I like, otherwise my apartment would soon look like the Brockenhaus itself, or I had to open a shop, which is since childhood actually a dream of me.
so this are the things I liked but didn't bought.
