misterious cooking

...
sometimes I try out things
like addapt meat recipes to tofu
I pickled tofu like we do in Switzerland "Suure Mocke"
so
the process I liked
the change of colours I liked as well
but then the taste?
too sour, even the caramelized vegetables didn't made any difference
it stays a try out
