after another rye sourdough some weeks ago
I baked yesterday my first "Levain de campagne" bread
a white sourdough bread
and I'm really happy with the result
I couldn't resist to taste it this morning
it was actually a surprise for A. who will visit me for some days
Recently I tried out as well a japanese pastry
Azuki beans and ...
color was great but taste hm...
we gave it finally to the birds!
